I tried these incredible vegan meatballs (veggieballs?!) from Jessica in the Kitchen yesterday and just had to share them with you on here. They are amazing!
I love Teriyaki sauce, and this homemade version is delicious and pretty easy to make. The veggieballs have just the right texture, and they go perfect with noodles or rice (or anything else that you like having this type of dish with). They are made with cauliflower, and really are great. They don’t fall apart when you stick your fork in them, and are still nice and moist in the middle – nothing worse than a dry veggie-ball!
It’s only around 10 minutes cooking time, so once you’ve prepped everything, you can be stuffing your face nice and quickly!
