You can’t get much simpler than this recipe for Three-Ingredient Vegan Ice Cream. All you need is a frozen banana, peanut putter (a vegan staple in my household!), and some cocoa powder. Whizz it all up in a food processor and that is about it! Delicious!
Of course, there’s nothing stopping you from making a really big batch of this, and then freezing it afterwards, so you have a nice supply of banana, peanut ice cream at your fingertips. I bet it doesn’t stay in the freezer for long though!
