This recipe for Stone Fruit Sangria with Peaches and Plums is so easy to make, and so delicious with all the gorgeous fruits, I just know that you and anyone you serve it to is going to love it.
To make it you first have to make the sugar syrup on the stove top and let it cool down. Then all you need to do is slice up the fruit and add it to the rest of the ingredients in a large jug, add the syrup and give it a good stir. The final step is to leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours which really helps the flavors and then serve with ice. Enjoy!
Stone Fruit Sangria with Peaches and Plums Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cane/coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cups dry white wine (1 bottle)
- 4 cups lightly sweet wine (I used 1 bottle Zinfandel)
- 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 2-3 black plums, sliced
- 1/2 cup grapes, sliced
- 2 limes, sliced
