I’d only used my spiralizer for zucchini before I found this recipe, but this opened up my eyes to the world of spiralizing other vegetables – don’t just restrict yourselves to zucchini (courgettes) people!
This recipe introduced me to the concept of spiralizing sweet potato to make the noodles, and I must say that it works really well. It’s a super easy, super quick recipe that is perfect for when you get in from work and need something on your plate as soon as possible – you just have to whip up the sauce in a bowl, spiralize your sweet potato, and then cook everything up in a skillet until the noodles are ready for your tastes (are you an al dente or well cooked person?).Remember, if you make this recipe, please let us know via the comments below.
