Quinoa Stone Fruit Salad

We may be reaching the end of Summer in the northern hemisphere, but we still have enough time left to enjoy some summer salads, so here is a fantastic recipe we found for a Quinoa Stone Fruit Salad which only takes around 20 minutes to prepare and is absolutely delicious.

The recipe itself actually contains feta cheese, so obviously us lovely vegans we have to leave that out or substitute it with something else.

The peach, plum and grapes go really, really well with the quinoa and the maple syrup just sets it off perfectly.

Quinoa Stone Fruit Salad Ingredients

  • 3 cups quinoa, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar/maple syrup
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 peach, pit removed and sliced
  • 1 plum, pit removed and sliced
  • 1 bunch grapes (about 1/3 cup), sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • Basil, for garnish
