Anyone who reads this blog much will know that there are certain ingredients that I like to use time and time again – one of these favorites is broccoli, I just love the stuff. It’s also really good for you, so everyone is a winner here. This side dish is really easy to prepare and cook, and also a great, versatile side dish that will go with many main dishes. It’s only 4 ingredients (and that is counting olive oil and salt!), so you’re bound to have all the stuff already unless your fridge really is empty! The lemon in the recipe really helps bring out the flavor of the broccoli.
