The Fall (or Autumn if you’re not American) is a fabulous time for cooking, and this amazing recipe for Fruit Crumble Pie makes full use of all those delicious seasonal fruits like figs, apples, and nectarines. This is also a pretty easy recipe to make as well as tasting so great. You start off by blending up the dates and walnuts in a food processor to make the base. You then cook up the fruits with the sugar and cinnamon, pop the mixture into the base and then top with the sliced figs. Autumn / Fall Fruit Crumble Pie Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups walnuts
- 1 1/4 cup pitted Medjool dates
- handful brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large apples peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 nectarines or peaches, sliced
- 4 figs, sliced thinly
- 1 cup oats
