I quite like to have a smoothie for my breakfast, or sometimes as a mid morning pick-me-up to bridge that awkward gap between breakfast and lunch (especially if you have to get up early). This Creamy Peach Breakfast Smoothie recipe is great, and like most smoothies, it’s really easy to make – just chuck everything in your blender (I use a NutriBullet which makes short work of even the toughest ingredients) and whizz it all up.
Because this recipe has oats in it, it really is perfect as a breakfast substitute, not one of those more watery smoothies that can leave you starving an hour or two later. The peach goes really well with the banana and the flax or chia (you can choose!) seeds add their super powers to the drink to power you through to lunch.
