When I first found out that peanut butter was vegan I was gobsmacked – “but it’s peanut BUTTER?!” – well, turns out there is no butter in it (in most, standard recipes anyway, always check the label peeps), and it has quickly become one of my staples to have in the cupboard. I love to just have it on a cracker as a little snack in the awkward time between lunch and dinner!

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bites Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup dates, chopped
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup cocoa/cacao powder
